About The Organisers
2012 Organisers - Victoria Rosso and Clare McKinstry
Victoria rosso the founder of this show, which started in 2009, is joined this year by Clare McKinstry.
Who is victoria? Victoria Rosso is a young british designer with a beautiful vintage style of ready to wear clothing, as well as being a highly celebrated fashion show producer.
Victoria is constantly producing fashion events and clothing and showcasing her garments all around the country. This collection is a hommage to the 60s and 70s - her passion for classic rock music fuelling the colourful design. She uses vintage materials - and all her garments are handmade with car.
She organises 2 of the biggest fashion shows in the North - The Spring Fashion Show in Manchester and The End of Summer Fashion Show in Leeds, bringing an affordable outlet for talented designers to showcase, as well as holding a fashion market where guests can buy lovely treats.

A little bit about the lovely Clare:
At the moment I am a student at The University of Manchester studying Sociology.
When I’m not in lectures or struggling to form some kind of dissertation I am a fashion and beauty writer for an online magazine. I hope that I can turn this into a career of some kind (one of my millions ideas about what I’m going to after leaving the wonderful world of the student).
Working backstage at a fashion show last year with the models and styling gave me an insight into the world of fashion shows and I am really excited about help making this year’s Spring Fashion show the most successful ever!

2010 Organisers
The organisers of 2010 Spring Fashion Show were Victoria Rosso, Lindsay Hofman
and Melissa Woodside.
Victoria and Melissa previously organised The End of Summer Fashion Show in Leeds and teamed up with another designer Lindsay Hofman to create this debut fashion show in a new city.
Melissa is Vancouver born print and catwalk model. As an International law trainee she provided organisational insight on all levels of the event. Drawing from a modelling career and working for major clients made her an exceptional asset to the team.
Lindsay completed her BA (Hons) in Fashion and Clothing in Leeds. After completing her degree, she decided to go for a twelve month long travelling experience, in and around Australia and South East Asia.
This experience inspired further her love of fashion, drawing, fabrics and finishes and she was able to enjoy the differing concepts of fashion from other areas of the world. She now designs and makes one-off individual garments for a shop in Liverpool called Silver Birch.
